This break-out session will focus on the migration of legacy on premise telephony systems to a modern cloud-based platform and will be an interactive forum.
They will discuss the current challenges and concerns associated with migration, share a case study of a successful project within a blue light organisation, briefly give an overview of a successful large scale NHS deployment, and discuss how they can support ambulance service trusts in defining and undertaking the journey – and agree the next steps.
The session will be led by Rob Maunder and Brian McCombie from Wavenet.
Rob is an Account Director for the NHS within the Public Sector team and has worked with blue light organisations for over 12 years in the delivery of control room telephony, unified communications and CCaS.
Brian is the Programme Manager for NHS England SVCC and IRP Platforms and has experience in managing and delivering large scale projects across the NHS.
They will be joined by Martin Taylor, Deputy CEO of Content Guru, and he will share with us a case study of a successful cloud migration in a blue light organisation.
