Sabia is the Director of NHS 111 and 999 Integration for DHU Healthcare and East Midlands Ambulance Service, bringing over 17 years of NHS experience across ambulance, acute, mental health and urgent care services.

She leads work to integrate NHS 111 and 999 to improve patient outcomes and established the regional 999/111 Provider Collaborative in 2024, creating direct access into frailty, medical and surgical SDECs.

Her background includes a decade in acute care leading major clinical improvement programmes, senior operational leadership in mental health, and five years as a BI analyst.

Sabia is also a long‑standing advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion.
