Will is the Deputy Chief Executive at East Midlands Ambulance Service, having joined the organisation in 2014. He brings extensive experience in strategy, organisational transformation, intelligence and informatics.

Nationally, he has supported the development of the ambulance sector through his leadership of the National Ambulance Strategy and Transformation Directors Group and is the CEO‑sponsored executive lead for Health Inequalities on behalf of AACE.

Before joining the ambulance sector, Will ran his own business, worked in the private sector and served as Chief Information Officer at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. He has since held multiple executive director roles within EMAS.
